ABOUT ME
I'm a Bay Area-based writer, editor and content producer. Over the past 25 years, I’ve served as the Editor in Chief of three leading music magazines: Mix, EQ and Electronic Musician.
My first love is music! I'm a lifelong musician and I’m deeply committed to arts advocacy and learning. I recently wrapped up eleven years as Governor and Education Chair of the San Francisco chapter of the Recording Academy, where I focused my efforts on developing event programming that cultivates the careers of Bay Area music makers.
When I'm not listening to music, I am probably out taking photos or hiking in the Sierras!
