I

INTRODUCTION

I'm a media veteran with more than 25 years of experience chronicling the creative and technical forces driving the music industry.

I have a knack for finding the essence of a story—whether that's your artistic vision, academic objective or marketing message—and distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling content that will inspire and delight your audience.

It's all about engagement, whether your story is told through words, sounds, images or in person. I've spent my career collaborating with the greatest minds in the creative, technical, business and academic worlds, to produce top-notch content that encourages a spirit of learning while exceeding expectations.

A

ABOUT ME

I'm a Bay Area-based writer, editor and content producer. Over the past 25 years, I’ve served as the Editor in Chief of three leading music magazines: Mix, EQ and Electronic Musician

My first love is music! I'm a lifelong musician and I’m deeply committed to arts advocacy and learning. I'm the Education Chair of the San Francisco chapter of the Recording Academy, where I focus my efforts on developing event programming that cultivates the careers of Bay Area music makers.

When I'm not listening to music, I am probably out taking photos or hiking in the Sierras!
